Management

Sven Kolthof studied business administration and business informatics at Saarland University and UC Berkeley. He supported the development of the CRM matters at SAP Labs in Walldorf and Palo Alto. Afterwards, he founded Callisto Ventures GmbH together with partners and accompanied the growth management of various service companies. One of these companies was rarecompany, which he represents as partner. Additionally, in line with the costumer and market support, he is responsible for the recruiting practice “Strategy & Organization,” where he supports well-known business consultancies and industrial concerns with their recruitment of top performers in the strategy segment.
Klaus Veittinger studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and started his career as a strategy- and process consultant. In 1986, he founded the K&V GmbH, which positioned itself as the market leader for CRM solutions in Europe and which was taken over by SAP in line with a strategic acquisition in 1998. Mr. Veittinger resigned his function as CEO of SAP CRM Consulting in 1999 and has attended the business development of rarecompany since then as partner.
 

Operations, Marketing & Service

Thorsten Höffler studied business and human resource education at the University of Mannheim. Parallel to his studies, he gained experience in several medium-sized companies in the areas of human resource development and recruiting. At rarecompany, Mr. Höffler manages the service-, marketing- and operation areas. Furthermore, he deals with the analysis, conception and implementation of strategies and processes in the realm of business development.
 

Practice Teams

Markus Schliefer studied political- and law studies at the University of Bonn and Heidelberg. Parallel to his studies, he gathered manifold experience in the fields of market research and as a recruitment consultant. He joined rarecompany as a research analyst in 2004. Today, he is managing consultant and is in charge of the recruiting practice “operations & technology.”
Lena Schneider graduated in Romance and English philology at the University of Heidelberg. During her studies, she could already gain experience in marketing and recruiting at well-respected companies in Germany and Great Britain. As managing consultant of the recruiting area “marketing & sales,” she supports well known clients in the placement of staff members in specialist and management level.
Christiane Zutavern studied education, majoring in continuing education and consulting, at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg. In line with course related activities, she could gather experience in business consulting, where she supported an internationally operating enterprise with the strategic human resource development in the IT area. As managing consultant in the recruiting practice “finance & performance,” she supports leading companies in placing specialist- and managing positions.
Pamela Knapp completed a commercial vocational training in the central buying of a well-known whole sale company. Afterwards she worked in the fields of marketing/ advertisement and sales and completed an in-service course in the field of human resources and intercultural management (DAM). At rarecompany she works as associate consultant in the field of „Strategy & Organization“ and supports at the same time leading management consultancies as well as  industrial clients in recruiting projects in the areas of corporate finance, business development and strategy development.
Simone Lasser studied psychology at the University of Heidelberg. During her professional career, she accompanied diverging expanding companies in the IT- and consultancy area with their HR- and organizational issues. At rarecompany, she is manager and supports applicants and companies in the practice field “utility & energy.”
 

Coaching und Diagnostics

Jens Spinner studied psychology at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg with his majors in industrial and organizational psychology as well as clinical psychology. He completed an extensive continuing education in systemic consulting and therapy, parallel to his studies. Additionally, he gathered practical experience in the university environment. At rarcompany, Mr. Spinner is significantly involved in the continuous extension of the coaching- and placement services. Other fields in which he is involved are subareas such as internal human resource development, coaching as well as topics such as qualification diagnostics and evaluation.
