The rarecompany Perspective Coaching

We use a specially adjusted combination of computer-aided procedures as the basis of our personality analysis and potential examination. They can be compiled as required and are integrated into our perspective coaching. An obligatory module is the Insights® Discovery preference analysis – a worldwide leading instrument, which is used by many Fortune 1000 enterprises as the basis for a target oriented human resource- and team development.

Moreover, we use a set of diagnostic test procedures via the Hogrefe TestSystem, which allow an accurate self-assessment in areas that are relevant for your career, like personality, achievement motivation, social competence, and productivity.

This multidimensional data base, which is ideally adjusted to your needs, expanded by the competence models of rarecompany AG, makes a comprehensive basis for the further consulting process.
